Brainbees Solution, which operates kidswear brand FirstCry, set price band of ₹440-465 per share for its IPO. The ₹4,194 crore IPO will open on August 6, with anchor bidding starting on August 5. IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,666 crore and an offer for sale of up to 5.2 crore shares with face value of ₹5/share.
