The tax department is probing an alleged $50 million (over ₹410 crore) tax evasion by Founder of FirstCry, Supam Maheshwari, reports said. At least six investors in FirstCry have also received enquiries related to the matter, the reports added. Maheshwari is in conversations with the tax department to settle the probe, the reports further said.
