A fish species, Moringua hodgarti, has been rediscovered by Indian researchers after over 100 years in Arunachal Pradesh's Siang Valley, according to an article published in the peer-reviewed journal Zootaxa. The species was first collected during the Abor Expedition in 1911-1912. This species, measuring around 177 mm to 211 mm, is "known only from" the state's Siang Valley, researchers said.
