Fitness expert Sumit Dubey pointed out 9 common New Year's celebration mistakes. These include drinking without moderation, eating only unhealthy snacks, skipping dinner, choosing alcohol over healthy mocktails, overeating, sleeping late but not sleeping well, staying dehydrated the next day, skipping breakfast and jumping straight into work or intense workouts after a late night.
