AI startup Flex, founded by CEO Zaid Rahman, has raised $60 million in a Series B round led by Portage Ventures to expand its AI-powered finance platform for mid-sized “jumbo shrimp” businesses. The company plans to scale product development, strengthen its human-supervised AI systems, grow its 80-member team and launch the invite-only Flex Elite card.
