Researchers at Case Western Reserve University in the US have developed an environmentally safer plastic for wearable electronics, sensors and other electrical uses. The new ferroelectric polymer is made without fluorine, which is considered a 'forever chemical'. The material is both flexible and has tunable electronic properties.
