A Varanasi-Mumbai SpiceJet flight carrying 183 people overshot a wet runway while landing at the airport in rain-hit Mumbai on Tuesday and got stuck in the mud, the airline said. The mishap occurred around 10 pm, following which all passengers were safely evacuated via the aircraft's emergency chute. Notably, the mishap forced the suspension of operations on the main runway.
