The air ticket from Manipur's Imphal to Kolkata has increased almost five-six times the normal price to ₹20,000. "As the situation in Manipur remains tense...people are rushing to leave Imphal," said Debjit Dutta, Chairman of Indian Association of Tour Operators, West Bengal Chapter. He mentioned that Air India's fare from Imphal-Kolkata is approximately ₹17,000 for business class on Tuesday.
