In a bid to simplify the corporate structure ahead of a possible IPO, Flipkart has bought back its logistics business from WS Retail Services at an undisclosed sum. The acquisition has reportedly been made through a new entity called Instakart Services. After this deal, WS Retail, the largest seller on Flipkart’s platform will only be left with a trading business.
