Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy, along with HDFC Vice Chairman and CEO Keki Mistry, will join Flipkart's board in 2021. Walmart's Global Chief Technology Officer Suresh Kumar and Walmart International's Executive Vice President of International Strategy and Development Leigh Hopkins will also join the board as directors. MakeMyTrip Co-founder and CEO Rajesh Magow will be stepping down.
