Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal's fintech startup Navi Technologies has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a ₹3,350 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO). Navi Technologies submitted its draft papers in March 2022. The company reported a profit of ₹71.1 crore in FY21 and incurred losses of ₹206.42 crore in the first nine months of FY22.
