Flipkart on Tuesday said that it has completed its merger with eBay India's operations. "Flipkart will own and operate eBay.in, which will remain an independent entity as part of Flipkart," the e-commerce startup said in a statement. The acquisition deal was announced earlier in April, when Flipkart raised $1.4 billion from eBay along with Microsoft and Tencent.
