Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy could reportedly be elevated to the e-commerce giant's board. Flipkart has also appointed two new independent directors, as per business intelligence platform paper.vc, expanding its nine-member board to 11, reportedly after negotiations between Walmart and Flipkart's minority shareholders. Walmart had acquired 77% stake in Flipkart for $16 billion in 2018.
