Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal contributed ₹70 crore for setting up a tech-focused institute at Plaksha University in Punjab. The institute, known as Binny Bansal Institute for Inventing the Future (IIF), will focus on AI, blockchain and robotics to develop solutions across healthcare, agriculture, energy and sustainability sectors. IIF will also collaborate with the University of California.
