Former Director of Infosys TV Mohandas Pai has said that Flipkart was "sold for less" to Walmart, adding that better exits are expected to come. "Flipkart we have sold for less. Please remember: value is what a buyer gives a seller, and not the other way around," said Pai. Walmart acquired a 77% stake in Flipkart for $16 billion.
