Hector Beverages has been ordered to recall Tzinga energy drink from the market by the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India declaring it unsafe in a letter dated 12 May. Pune-based Pushpam Food & Beverages, which makes Cloud 9 energy drink, and Chennai-based Akoaroma, which makes flavoured water have also been intimated to remove their products from the market.
