Europe's two countries - Germany and the UK will be witnessing a massive round of Ford layoffs which will reduce about 14% of the company's workforce. The latest layoffs by Ford Motor will impact around 4,800 employees in these countries as it struggles with lower-than-expected demand, issues with passenger vehicles.
