Former Australia cricketer Henriques, born in Ronaldo's hometown, named Portugal captain
Former Australia all-rounder Moises Henriques has been named Portugal captain for T20 World Cup Europe Sub-Regional Qualifier C in Finland. The 39-year-old was born in Funchal, Madeira, the same hometown as Portugal football legend Cristiano Ronaldo. Henriques, who played four Tests, 16 ODIs and 24 T20Is for Australia, will lead Portugal's bid to reach their first-ever T20 World Cup.
