Ex-Australia cricketer Joe Burns will represent Italy in their bid to reach T20 World Cup 2026 in tribute to his late brother Dominic. Burns is eligible to represent Italy through his mother's heritage. Burns, whose brother died in February, played 23 Tests for Australia between 2014 and 2020. Burns will wear jersey number 85, which was his brother's jersey number.
