A former agent of the US' intelligence agency CIA has been charged with conspiring to spy for the Chinese government, the Department of Justice said. Jerry Chun Shing Lee has been accused of retaining classified documents and revealing details of CIA assets and undercover operatives in China. The 53-year-old worked for the CIA from 1994 to 2007.
