Former FIFA President Sepp Blatter has accused UEFA of fixing draws of tournaments, including EURO and Champions League, by using balls of different temperatures to benefit particular teams. Blatter insisted that draw-rigging only took place in competitions overseen by UEFA and not in FIFA-organised tournaments. Tournament fixtures and groups are decided by picking out balls bearing team names.
