Former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, who passed away in Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad on 12/06 (June 12), considered 1206 as his symbol of fortune. All the registration plates of his vehicles, including his cars and two-wheeler, had the '1206' number. Rupani was en route to London to join his family.
