In a conversation with Raj Shamani, former Indigo President, Aditya Ghosh claimed that the cost of airplanes is between ₹800 to ₹900 crores. He added that this is why every decision in the airline business has to be razor-sharp. There’s no room for mistakes at that scale, he further said.
