Sudarshan Gopaladesikan, a former Infosys and Microsoft employee, has been appointed Technical Director at English football club Newcastle United. He previously served as Director of Football Intelligence at Italian club Atalanta BC. He has also worked as Head of Sports Data Science at Portuguese side SL Benfica.
