Renowned educationist and politician Vasu, 72, passed away in Mysuru due to a minor illness. A former MLA and Congress leader, he played a key role in establishing healthcare facilities during Siddaramaiah's government. Vasu was also a prominent figure in education, industry, and media. He leaves behind three children.
