Former Secretary of India's foreign intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), AS Dulat, on Tuesday joined Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Delhi. The party shared a picture of the two walking together holding hands. The foot march resumed from Delhi's Kashmere Gate and entered Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad today.
