Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing on Thursday detained former Religare Chairman Sunil Godhwani based on a lookout circular issued by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office. He was reportedly trying to catch a flight to London. Godhwani has been accused of cheating, fraud and misappropriation of funds to the tune of ₹740 crore, according to a police complaint by Religare Finvest.
