A case was registered against former Samajwadi Party (SP) Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Umar Ali Khan and his brother Ali Khan on Thursday for violating the Model Code of Conduct. Umar and his supporters had reportedly burst crackers and raised slogans on the road. They also misbehaved with the Sub Divisional Magistrate after he tried to stop them.
