US prosecutors have recommended a judge to sentence Theranos' ex-President Ramesh 'Sunny' Balwani to 15 years in jail for defrauding investors and patients in the now-defunct blood-testing startup. Countering the request, Balwani said he also suffered investment losses in Theranos and should be given probation. In November, Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes was jailed for over 11 years.
