Former JD(U) President and Union Minister Sharad Yadav has passed away aged 75. Confirming his demise, Sharad's daughter Subhashini Sharad Yadav wrote on social media, "Papa is no more." He was elected to Lok Sabha seven times since 1974 and was elected to Rajya Sabha multiple times. He also held several portfolios in NDA Cabinet from 1999 to 2004.
