Former Volkswagen CEO Carl Hahn, 96, died in his sleep at his home in Germany on Saturday. Born in 1926, Hahn joined Volkswagen in 1954 and became its CEO in 1982. During his tenure, Volkswagen built factories in China and acquired Seat in Spain and Skoda in the Czech Republic. Ferdinand Piech succeeded Hahn as the CEO in 1992.
