Fortis Healthcare FY26 PAT rises 32%; dividend announced
Fortis Healthcare reported FY26 revenue growth of 17.3% YoY to ₹9,128 crore, while PAT increased 31.5% to ₹1,064 crore. Q4FY26 PAT surged 44.2% YoY to ₹271 crore with EBITDA margin improving to 22.5%. The board recommended dividend of ₹1 per share. Hospital business revenue grew 19.1% during FY26.
