The Fortnite World Cup 2020 has been cancelled and all remaining Fortnite 2020 events will be held online, Fortnite developer Epic Games announced. The World Cup will not be held online "due to limitations of cross-region online competition", it said. It added that it was "hopeful" to be able to "put on some form of Fortnite World Cup in 2021".
