Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Chamling laid the foundation stone of a ropeway for what would be the world's highest skywalk once completed. Being built at a height of 10,300 feet, the Bhaleydhunga Skywalk Project will be the second of its kind in Asia. "The skywalk will also help in the economic and livelihood development of the region," Chamling said.
