FPI stock holding drops 14% to $523 bn in June quarter: Report
The value of the foreign portfolio investors (FPI) holdings in Indian equities dropped 14% to $523 billion in the quarter ended June as against $612 billion in the previous quarter, according to a Morningstar report. The value of FPIs' investments in Indian equities has declined for three consecutive quarters. US Federal Reserve's aggressive stance dented the sentiments of foreign investors.
