France on Monday approved a bill to enshrine abortion rights in the country's constitution, becoming the first country to do so. While 780 votes were cast in favour of it, 72 were against. "We're sending a message to all women: your body belongs to you and no one can decide for you," Prime Minister Gabriel Attal told lawmakers.
