France has vetoed China's move to convene a UN Security Council (UNSC) meeting on Kashmir, reports quoting French diplomatic sources said. "Kashmir will not be discussed in UNSC. Our position has been clear. Kashmir issue has to be treated bilaterally," French diplomatic sources said. In August, the UNSC had met on Kashmir at China's request after India abrogated Article 370.
