American blood-testing startup Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes' handwritten note detailing her daily schedule was shared during her fraud trial. The schedule begins with a 4 am wakeup time to "rise & thank God" and ends with lunch and dinner menus. It also includes a set of notes that Holmes claims were her ex-boyfriend and ex-Theranos President Ramesh 'Sunny' Balwani's precepts.
