Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said, "I urge the people to stay away from fraudsters. Fraudsters are misleading the people." He also urged the public to refrain from investing through brokers who do not follow due legal procedures. His remarks came as a massive ₹2,200 crore financial scam allegedly run by a 22-year-old stock trader was unearthed in Assam.
