Free bus rides for women, transgenders in Andhra from Aug 15
The TDP-led NDA government in Andhra Pradesh is set to launch a free bus travel scheme for women and transgender individuals across the state starting 15 August 2025. A minister said that the government studied similar schemes in other states before finalising the scheme for implementation in Andhra Pradesh.
