Freed US citizen was tortured in Russian prison, ex-inmate says

Former Ukrainian prisoner who shared a Russian jail with freed US citizen Stephen Hubbard has alleged he was beaten, electrocuted and denied food and medical care during detention. Hubbard, a 74-year-old US schoolteacher who was captured in 2022, was forced to crawl on the floor like a dog, which left his knees badly scraped, the former prisoner claimed.
