Free-to-play battle royale game Fortnite has made 47-year-old developer Tim Sweeney, the Founder and CEO of the company behind the game, a billionaire. Sweeney's Epic Games, of which he is the controlling shareholder, is worth between $5-8 billion, according to Bloomberg. Played by 125 million people, Fortnite has reportedly brought in over $1.2 billion between September 2017 and May 2018.
