Enterprise software startup Freshdesk has acquired live video chat and co-browsing platform 1CLICK.io for an undisclosed sum. This is the first acquisition for the Chennai-based company which will now be able to provide video chat-based customer support to its clients. Freshdesk has also launched Mobihelp, an in-app support for mobile apps.
