Freshworks (formerly Freshdesk), which provides businesses with Software-as-a-Service customer engagement solutions, has acquired US-headquartered Natero, a customer success management software firm, for an undisclosed amount. As per Crunchbase, Natero had raised $3.3 million in disclosed funding till date. Freshworks was founded in 2010 by Girish Mathrubootham and Shan Krishnasamy.
