Delhi Police have arrested a person, identified as Tehseen Syed, in connection with the recent attack on Delhi CM Rekha Gupta. As per officials, Tehseen is a close friend of Rajesh- the prime accused who carried out the attack before being arrested. The probe revealed that Tehseen had transferred ₹2,000 to Rajesh prior to the incident.
