The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a notice to Heritage Foods over misleading claims. It noted that the "Fresh Paneer" claim did not satisfy the conditions mandated under Schedule V. The statutory body also said that the use of the term "Healthy Happiness" in the trademark/name does not conform to its regulations.
