FSSAI suspends licence of Delhi's 5-star 'Seven Seas Hospitality' over unhygienic conditions

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has suspended the licence of Delhi's 5-star hotel chain 'Seven Seas Hospitality Pvt Ltd' over unhygienic conditions, including presence of cockroaches. FSSAI found fungal growth on tomatoes, papaya and other food products and inadequate segregration of meat and veg foods. The chain has been directed to stop all food business activities.
