Students at FTII’s Itanagar campus have refused to begin Semester 2, alleging the institute still operates from an incomplete, non-functional campus with no studios, faulty classrooms, poor equipment and no medical support. After losing a semester and facing shutdowns, they demand a time-bound plan, proper infrastructure and direct dialogue with authorities, halting all academic activities.
