American restaurant chain Jack in the Box is suing cryptocurrency exchange FTX claiming that it "brazenly and illegally copied or derived its 'Moon Man' mascot" from its established Jack mascot. FTX's mascot is a "far inferior version" of Jack and is "tarnishing Jack's reputation to consumers", the restaurant chain argued. Both mascots have big white round heads with blue-dotted eyes.
