BYJU’s CEO Byju Raveendran has announced that the audit for FY23 is expected to be completed in the coming months. The FY22 audit report for BYJU’S, overseen by statutory auditor BDO, is described as clean and qualified by Raveendran. Earlier, BYJU's released select FY22 numbers for its standalone operations, revealing an EBITDA loss of INR 2,253 Cr.
